It has a lot of great information, easy to follow exercises with pictures so that you're not guessing if you're doing the exercises right. Great read from a wonderfuly inspiring coach
I loved that she gave the how's and why's and didn't just tell you what. She is to the point, but friendly.
While I am not a triathlete I picked up this book because of it's holistic approach to fitness including developing muscular strength, power, endurance, aerobic & anaerobic power, body composition and flexibility. I was not disappointed and the bonus's were a great added value too! If you are thinking about competing as a triathlete or are a seasoned veteran of the triathlete world...this is a must read. If you are into fitness training with an emphasis on strength you will also find this book full of wise nuggets you can use.
